At Zafira Swiss, every order is handled with the same care and precision that goes into crafting our pieces. Please read the following information to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the moment your purchase is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and a second notification once your parcel has been dispatched.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended — we appreciate your patience.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, your order will arrive within up to 2 weeks, depending on your location and local postal services. International delivery timelines may vary based on customs processing in your country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to follow your parcel's journey directly through the carrier's website.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your dispatch confirmation.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost at checkout.

We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing your order. Zafira Swiss is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or if you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@zafiraswiss.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will do everything in our power to resolve the situation promptly.
